May 2024, Exhibition Curation, De Meldkamer, Maastricht
Together with Jessica Capra, I worked on the exhibition “So di non sapere” at De Meldkamer in Maastricht. Inspired by Anna Püschel’s work and her publication Encyclopedia of the Uncertain: A Meditation on Doubt, we explored the theme of questioning knowledge and the various ways to acquire it. In an information-saturated society—where knowledge is sourced from diverse mediums, resources, disciplines, fields, and perspectives—are we still able to question the limits of what we know?
We invited four artists whose works reflect on questions such as: How can we extend our knowledge? Can we seek other sources of wisdom? Where can we search for answers? What can we learn from others, both human and non-human?
The works offer perspectives that challenge us to get lost and unsettled, to unlearn in order to understand, and to continuously shuffle and regain knowledge.
The exhibition “I Know That I Know Nothing” presents an invitation to question your knowledge and embrace new ways of learning from others, valuing the knowledge you bring to your surroundings—acquired through your own body, via non-human entities, or from strangers.
September 2023, Lecturer for Artistic Bookstore Takeover, Maastricht
As an assistant lecturer to Imagination of Things I worked with students from Interdisciplinary Arts on artistic bookstore takeover. In this week-long bootcamp we explored creative dialogues withDe Tribune, a bookstore in Maastricht known for its resilience and iconic presence in the city. We asked ourselves how we can reconnect with the original intentions and energies behind the books and what new ways we can experience and exist in a bookstore. The takeover was an invitation to be part of a space that persists in holding entire worlds.
May 2023, Artist Takeover, Limestone Books, Maastricht
A bed in a bookshop?
In the face of a world that is alienating itself from us by its ever-increasing pace, I was looking for more meaningful ways of being in and feeling part of this world. For a year I investigated the way we connect to our bodies and surroundings and developed a methodology to create resonant spaces. Through sensitive and playful attempts at engaging with material, dealing with time, reconnecting with our bodies, and coming together, I explored new ways of encountering.
During the “Resonanzseiten” takeover, I used this methodology to transform the book store into a space of resonant connection and launch my new publication “Traversing Glass”. This takeover was an open invitation to slow down, reflect on the quality of our relationships with the world around us, and engage in deeper modes of connection. Thank you to everyone who came to read, rest, cuddle, play, craft, discover, linger, share and laugh.

Re-Assembling Motherhood(s)
August 2022, Internship Exhibition curation, Onomatopee, Eindhoven
Re-Assembling Motherhood(s) presented video work by MATERNAL FANTASIES in combination with Riso prints collectively produced by participating artists outside of the collective during the two-day workshop at Onomatopee.
Composed of seven interdisciplinary artists/mothers and ten children, MATERNAL FANTASIES takes the social invisibility of the maternal experience as a point of departure to produce films, images, and performances of fantastical visibility. Through personal writing exercises and collective performance scores, they align themselves with ancestral figures of feminist discourses and artmaking, in order to establish new vocabularies and narratives around the maternal for future generations.
